When are parties offered?
Please email us to inquire about availability for your preferred date. We will be hosting parties at both of our locations starting in July 2025.
At our Stadium location, party slots are Saturday 10:30am-12:30pm, 1:00-3:00pm & 3:30-5:30pm and Sundays 11:00am-1:00pm and 1:30-3:30pm. We may also be able to accommodate a weekday party during the summer months.
At our Airport location, party slots are Saturday/Sunday 10:00-11:30am, 11:30am-1:00pm, 1:00-2:30pm and 2:30-4:00pm. We may also be able to accommodate a weeknight party during the summer months.
Availability during the winter months at both locations is very limited, but feel free to reach out with inquiries!
What are my next steps? Can you hold a party slot for me?
Once we find a date & time for you, we require a $100 non-refundable booking deposit. Please pay the deposit within 24 hours as your hold will be released if a deposit is not received.
Once the deposit has been received, we will send you a confirmation email that will include just a little homework! We’ll ask you to complete an online waiver and a party questionnaire about a week before your party. This information will help us deliver the party you envisioned!
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
The $100 booking deposit is non-refundable, however we realize plans change sometimes so we will reschedule your party (pending availability) with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
If you do need to reschedule, a $25 administration fee will apply.
When can guests arrive? How long after the party can guests stay?
Access to the fields and batting cages is limited to your scheduled party start time. To ensure a smooth experience, please have your guests arrive at the designated time and plan to wrap up at your party end time.
If you and your guests are still having fun, you’re welcome to purchase additional time in any of our batting cages.
When do we play, eat and open presents? How is the party structured?
At our Stadium location, you will begin by using the turf field & any assigned batting cages for 1.5 hours. Play time will be followed by 0.5 hours on the field to have pizza, cake & open presents! This format applies to all parties, regardless of the start & end times of your party.
At our Airport location, you will have access to both the turf field & your reserved tables for 1.5 hours. The format of your party is entirely up to you so feel free to celebrate with cake & presents at any point in your 1.5 hour reservation!
Is someone available to help us run the party?
Our staff will review the facility rules and provide an overview of the batting cage with you and your guests upon arrival. Please note that while our staff are available to answer questions, they are not available to provide any facilitation/coaching.
We require adult chaperones supervise all children at your party at all times. We are open to the public during your party and the facility may be very busy. Areas not assigned to your party are not available for use by your guests. This includes fields, batting cages, weight rooms, lounges, retail spaces, etc.
Can I bring outside food into your facility? Can I bring a birthday cake?
Outside food/drinks/cake are prohibited if you have made your reservation though CatchCorner rather than booking a party package.
At our Airport location, food is not included with the party package so you may bring nut-free snacks if you have purchased a party package.
If you have purchased a party package, you may bring birthday cake to either location. A freezer is available for ice cream cake.
Can I order additional food and drinks?
At our Stadium location, the party packages include food and drink for a specified number of people. You will find pricing for add-ons under FAQ #1. We have a fully stocked concession for all your additional beverage needs, and are licensed as well!
At our Airport location, we provide beverages for a set number of guests. A stocked concession is also available, but please note that we are not licensed to serve alcohol.
Is there a discount if I have fewer than the number of guests included in the package?
No discount is given if you have fewer guests than the packages are designed for, however you may take any leftover food and/or drinks home with you.
What if I have more guests than the party packages are designed for?
Each party package includes a maximum number of guests to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone in the facility.
Please note that larger parties require more resources and may not be feasible. Our facility remains open to the public during all events, including birthday parties, and we must adhere to occupancy limits at all times.
Can we bring presents and additional decorations into the facility?
You may bring presents and decorations into the facility however we do not allow helium balloons, confetti, glitter or piñatas.
