Our all-inclusive training model gives you everything you need to supercharge your performance before stepping up to bat next spring.
With off-season baseball camps for 11U, 13U, 15U and 18U divisions, there’s a fall and winter training program for every competitive baseball fan in Calgary. After fall practice games and indoor winter instruction, we select the starting players for our Baseball Alberta summer teams, the Calgary Bucks.
SPRING/SUMMER TEAMS
All players must be registered for tryouts prior to January 1, to be considered for a Calgary Bucks spring/summer team.
The spring/summer program runs from January to August of the same calendar year.
3x 13U Teams (2-AAA, 1-AA)
3x 15U Teams (2-AAA, 1-AA)
3x 18U Teams (BAEL, AAA, AA)
Approximately 140 players throughout the spring/summer program.
All age groups receive:
- Professional coaching, training and mentoring
- Unlimited indoor facility use – partnered with absolute sports, players have full access to all available facility amenities during their program months and are provided with their own membership tag
- Competition – intersquad, Baseball Alberta games, various tournaments and exhibition games
- Comprehensive strength & conditioning program
- Calgary Bucks apparel package (includes: game hat, t-shirt, shorts and bp jacket) Access to cutting edge technology including:
- Rapsodo hitting and pitching
- Hittrax biomechanics, key performance metrics and video analysis
- Hittrax gaming bringing exciting game play and competitions
- Blast motion sensors and data analysis
- Blaze pod speed and reaction training technology

All tryouts will be held at our indoor facility, Absolute Sports which is located at 2221 Crowchild Trail NW.
