I’d like to book a party, what are my next steps?
Please email us to inquire about availability for your preferred date. Currently, we are hosting parties at our Stadium location only.
Once we find a date/time, you will be asked for a $100 non-refundable booking deposit to confirm your booking. (Holds are released after 24 hours if deposit is not received.) Once the deposit has been received, we will send you a confirmation email that will include just a little homework! We’ll ask you to complete an online waiver and a party questionnaire about a week before your party. This information will help us deliver the party you envisioned!
When do we play, eat and open presents? How is the party structured?
You will begin by using the turf field area & any assigned batting cages for 1.5 hours. Play time will be followed by 0.5 hours to have pizza, cake & open presents if you wish! This format applies to all parties, regardless of the start & end times of your party.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. We realize things happen though so if you need to reschedule for another date, a $25 administration fee will apply.
Can I order additional food and drinks?
Each party package includes food and drink for the allotted guest count. You will find pricing on additional guests and pizza under add-ons. We have a fully stocked concession for all your additional beverage needs!
After your booking deposit is received, we will request additional party details, including your pizza order, be submitted by a specified deadline.
Can we bring outside food? What about cake?
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted in our facilities. The only exception is birthday cake for those who have purchased a party package or have received permission to bring in outside food. We also have a freezer available for ice cream cakes.
Due to current restrictions, outside food and beverages are not allowed at our Airport location.
Can we bring presents and additional decorations into the facility?
You can absolutely bring presents and additional decorations into the facility however we do not allow helium balloons, pinatas, confetti or glitter.
Is someone available to help us run the party?
We kindly request that adult chaperones supervise any children in your party, as this is the responsibility of the attending adults. For your convenience, the main party area is fully visible from the batting cages, allowing chaperones to monitor all guests.
When can guests arrive? How long after the party can guests stay?
We ask that guests arrive no more than 5 minutes before your party start time and leave shortly after your party is finished. Parties must end by the agreed upon time so our staff have sufficient time to prepare the space for the facility booking after yours. If you and/or your guests aren’t quite done having fun, you are welcome to purchase additional time in our batting cages!
What if grandparents, etc. want to join us? Will we be charged for them? Can they participate?
Each party package has a maximum number of party goers and adult chaperones included. As long as supervision is maintained, adult chaperones are welcome to participate in activities. You may want to order additional pizza for your chaperones and we have a stocked concession for all their beverage needs!
Is there a discount if I have fewer than 10 guests?
No discount is given if you have fewer guests than the packages are designed for, but you may take any leftover food home with you.
What if I have more guests than the party packages are designed for?
Please note that each of our party packages includes a maximum number of party goers and adult chaperones. If your party exceeds the number included in your chosen package, you can add additional guests for $15 per person, up to a maximum of 22 party goers. The $15 fee includes a beverage (water, juice, pop, or Gatorade) and a snack-sized bag of chips for each additional guest. While our pizza portions typically accommodate 1 or 2 extra guests, we recommend ordering additional pizza for significantly larger parties.
