I’d like to book a party, what are my next steps?

Please email us to inquire about availability for your preferred date and location (Stadium or Airport).

Once we find a date/time, you will be asked for a $100 non-refundable booking deposit to confirm your booking. (Holds are released after 24 hours if deposit is not received.) Once the deposit has been received, we will send you a confirmation email that will include just a little homework! We’ll ask you to complete an online waiver and a party questionnaire about a week before your party. This information will help us deliver the party you envisioned!

Can we bring outside food? What about cake?

The only outside food/beverages allowed in our facilities is a birthday dessert! We have a freezer if you’d like to bring an ice cream cake. Please let our staff know ahead of time if there are any allergies or health concerns.

What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. We realize things happen though so if you need to reschedule for another date, a $25 administration fee will apply.

When can guests arrive? How long after the party can guests stay?

We ask that guests arrive no more than 5 minutes before your party start time and leave shortly after your party is finished. Parties must end by the agreed upon time so our staff have sufficient time to prepare  the space for the facility booking after yours. If you and/or your guests aren’t quite done having fun, you are welcome to purchase additional time in our batting cages!

Is someone available to help us run the party?

Our staff will go over the rules and provide a walk through of the cage(s) with you and your party guests, but they are not available for coaching. Adult supervision of children is required and is the responsibility of the attending adults. The main party area is entirely visible from our batting cages so if your guests are alternating between the two areas, your adult chaperones will be able to see everyone.

When do we play, eat and open presents? How is the party structured?

You will begin by using the turf field area, and any assigned batting cages, for 1.5 hours. Play time will be followed by 0.5 hours in the party area to have pizza, cake & open presents if you wish! This format applies to all parties, regardless of the start & end times of your party.

Can we bring presents and additional decorations into the facility?

You can absolutely bring presents and additional decorations into the facility however we do not allow helium balloons, pinatas, confetti or glitter.

What if grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. want to join us? Will we be charged for them? Can they participate?

As long as a suitable number of adult supervisors is maintained, adults are welcome to participate in all activities. You may want to order additional pizzas for your chaperones and we have a stocked concession for all their beverage needs!

Is there a discount if I have fewer than 10 guests?

No discount is given if you have fewer guests than the packages are designed for, but you may take any leftover food home with you.

What if I have more guests than the party packages are designed for?

If you have more party guests than the number included in the package you chose, you may add additional guests for $15 per person. Each $15 fee includes a bottle of water, juice, pop or Gatorade and a snack-sized bags of chips. Additional pizza to accommodate your larger group is not included so you may want to order more.

Please keep in mind that large parties do require more resources and cannot always be accommodated. As well, we remain open to the public during special events, including birthday parties, and are unable to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of our facility.
