Our all-inclusive training model gives you everything you need to supercharge your performance before stepping up to bat next spring.
With off-season baseball programming for 11U, 13U, 15U and 18U divisions, there’s a fall and winter training program for every competitive baseball athlete in Calgary. After fall games and indoor winter instruction, we select the starting players for our Baseball Alberta summer teams, the Calgary Bucks.

All tryouts will be held at Absolute Sports Stadium (Crowchild Trail location)
Tryouts run both January 2 AND 3 for ALL players: 18U 9:00am-12:00pm, 15U 1:30-4:30pm, 13U 6:00-9:00pm
Call backs for select players: January 5, 5:00-9:00pm (15U) and January 6, 5:00-9:00pm (13U)
The Calgary Bucks Baseball Club is a highly competitive baseball program that fields AAA & AA teams at the 13U, 15U & 18U age groups. Our program is designed to provide players with the highest level of instruction and playing opportunity within the Baseball Alberta League, Western Canada and US tournaments giving our player’s the best opportunities available to them, in a professional environment. We remain committed to being the top development program in the province.
In January, we go through the process of selecting our Calgary Bucks High Performance Summer teams. The season runs January through August.
The Bucks Off Season Training Academy has 13U, 15U & 18U divisions that will practice and play games throughout Fall Baseball (September – October), then train indoors for the remainder of the Winter Training Program (October – December).
The Calgary Bucks offers everything an athlete needs to maximize baseball training and performance. Our all inclusive training model includes fall game play, baseball skill development and athletic performance training. Our approach to each athlete is providing a comprehensive year round developmental and competitive training model.
